Women's Ministry
Women play a vital role in ministry throughout City Road Chapel. Not only do women hold a majority of staff positions at our church, but many of our ministries are women-laity led.
United Methodist Women
Our UMW group is part of the larger United Methodist Women entity of the United Methodist Church. Women of all ages are invited to join this group, which meets the second Tuesday of every month at 11:00 am in the Welcome Center of the church. Ladies may bring a snack or lunch with them if they wish.
The group chooses a different charity to support every month and asks the church family to help as well. Charities they've helped include Miriam's Promise, Magdalene House, the Ronald McDonald House, and many more.

Women's Day
Our Annual Women's Day last year was a great success. Guest speaker Lelan Statom, the Emmy-Award winning meteorologist from NewsChannel 5, was an inspiration to all.
